We’re looking for a motivated and people‑focused Sales Professional to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in enrolling new members into the Academy, supporting them through their early journey, and ensuring they stay

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Proactive problem-solving and willingness to learn.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting monthly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
• Close with confidence by converting prospects into paying members.
• Manage your pipeline in HubSpot and track progress across the funnel.
• Support retention by building relationships with existing members.
• Onboard new members with personalised guidance in the first months.
• Collaborate with Coaching and Member Support teams for a seamless experience.
• Stay compliant with policies, privacy laws and commission guidelines.
