You will oversee governance, risk management, reporting, and remediation, manage a team, and influence senior stakeholders while navigating a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience in Australian financial services.
• Prior people management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Australian consumer credit, conduct regulation and ASIC guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the Australian regulatory compliance program.
• Translate global compliance strategy into local execution and licensing obligations.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and remediation activities.
• Partner with Product, Legal, Credit, Marketing, Servicing and Operations.
