Affirm is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager, Australia, to lead the Australian regulatory program and translate global strategy into local execution. You will own the framework for consumer credit and related financial services, oversee ASIC engagements, licensing, reporting, and risk controls, and partner with Product, Legal, Credit, Marketing, Servicing and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience in an Australian regulated financial services, consumer credit, payments, or fintech environment.
• Prior people management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; relevant legal, compliance, risk, governance, or financial services qualification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own and oversee the Australian regulatory compliance framework for consumer credit and related financial services.
• Lead ASIC examinations, inquiries, information requests, licence interactions, and other supervisory engagement.
• Maintain the Australian regulatory obligations register and compliance risk assessment process.
• Translate global compliance strategy into Australian operational plans and drive governance and reporting.
• Partner with Product, Legal, Credit, Marketing, Servicing and Operations, Privacy, Analytics and Engineering teams.
• Manage a compliance team within Australia and drive continuous improvement of the program.
