Zusammenfassung

Xe.com is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to support the regulatory framework across Australia and New Zealand. You will advise on regulatory matters, monitor developments, and assist in reporting and assurance activities, embedding compliance into products and operations.

You will work closely with the Head of Compliance APAC to implement regulatory changes, drive training, and ensure a strong culture of compliance within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years AML/CTF or Compliance Risk experience.
• Experience writing policies and performing compliance risk assessments.
• Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Regulatory Reporting: Prepare, coordinate, and support the submission of regulatory reports, returns, notifications, and filings to relevant regulators.
• Regulatory Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programmes.
• Policy and Procedure Management: Review, maintain, and update compliance policies and frameworks.
• Regulatory Remediation and Compliance Assurance: Identify and remediate issues; monitor action plans.
• Regulatory Advisory and Business Support: Provide day-to-day regulatory compliance guidance to stakeholders.
• Regulatory Projects and Strategic Initiatives: Support regulatory change implementation and licensing activities.
