Job summary
Compass Group Pty Limited ESS division seeks a Regional Executive Chef to lead culinary strategy across a significant portfolio in remote hospitality environments. You will mentor Executive Chefs, set standards, and drive innovation to elevate resident and guest dining experiences.
Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will champion food safety, sustainability, cost control, and workforce development while collaborating with operations and clients to deliver exceptional hospitality
Qualifications
- Trade qualified Chef credentials required.
- Extensive leadership experience in large-scale hospitality or catering.
- Proven ability to lead culinary teams across multiple sites.
- Strong skills in menu development, food innovation, and high-volume production.
- Experience implementing allergy management and food safety systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Commercial acumen with budgeting and profitability focus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative culinary strategies across multiple sites.
- Lead and mentor Executive Chefs, Head Chefs, and catering teams.
- Ensure health, safety, and food safety compliance.
- Drive quality, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations to align food strategy with business goals.
