You will reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, build relationships, qualify leads, and hand off to the sales team. Strong communication, self-motivation, and CRM fluency are essential for success in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• At least a year of experience in sales, lead generation or appointment-setting roles.
• Great communicator with the ability to engage prospects across phone, email, and chat.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and goal orientation.
• Experience starting conversations and building relationships quickly.
• Proficient with CRM systems and LinkedIn outreach; remote work is a bonus.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote Australian environment.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations.
• Schedule discovery calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team.
• Build trust and identify client needs to foster long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in the CRM.
