Jbs in Australia is seeking a self‑motivated Appointment Generator to help connect with new customers and set up meetings for our sales team. This 100% remote role lets you work from anywhere in Australia, provided you are legally eligible to work here.

You'll reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, or LinkedIn, schedule discovery calls, demos, or consultations, and help build long‑term relationships. You will use our CRM to track activities and support the sales process.

Qualificações

• At least a year of experience in a sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting role.
• Excellent communication skills on phone, email, or chat.
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic and ready to hit goals.
• Ability to start conversations and build relationships quickly.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email tools.
• Able to work independently and stay self-motivated, especially since we are 100% remote.
• Must be based in Australia and legally able to work here.

Responsabilidades

• Reaching Out: contact potential clients via cold calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages.
• Setting Appointments: schedule discovery calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team.
• Building Relationships: develop trust and understand prospect needs for long-term relationships.
• CRM Management: track outreach and follow-ups in the CRM to stay organized.
• Team Collaboration: work with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff from conversation to closing.
