Esperance RoadWise Working Group is hiring a self-motivated Appointment Generator to remotely connect with prospective clients and schedule meetings for our sales team. This role focuses on initiating conversations, building relationships, and driving leads in a fully remote setup across Australia.

The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven environment, communicates effectively via phone, email and LinkedIn, and can manage outreach while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation or appointment-setting.
• Excellent communication across phone, email and chat.
• Comfortable using CRM, LinkedIn and email tools.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails or LinkedIn messages.
• Set up discovery calls, demos or consultations for the sales team.
• Build relationships and understand client needs to create opportunities.
• Maintain and follow up activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions to closing.
