Job summary

MacKellar Group is seeking a self-motivated Appointment Generator to help connect with new customers and schedule meetings for our sales team. This fully remote role is open to Australian residents and supports flexible, target-driven work.

You'll reach out to prospects, set up discovery calls, and nurture relationships to generate opportunities for the sales team to close deals. Training is provided, with a focus on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Experience with remote work is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails and LinkedIn to initiate conversations.
• Set up discovery calls, demos or consultations for the sales team.
• Build relationships by understanding client needs and qualifying opportunities.
• Maintain accurate activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers to closing.
