Job summary

Solidcast Pty Ltd is seeking a Remote Appointment Generator to connect with potential clients and set up meetings for the sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact, building relationships and creating opportunities for the sales team to close.

This 100% remote role requires at least 1 year in sales/lead generation, strong communication, and the ability to work independently from anywhere in Australia. Compensation includes base pay plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting role (remote work a bonus).
• Excellent communicator via phone, email, or chat.
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic and goal orientation.
• Able to start conversations and build relationships quickly.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email tools, and related tech.
• Able to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
• Must be based in Australia and legally able to work here.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emails, or LinkedIn messages.
• Schedule discovery calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team.
• Build relationships and understand the needs of each prospect.
• Keep track of outreach activities and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition to closing.
