Job summary

Hastings Deering is seeking a self-motivated Appointment Generator to connect with new customers and set up meetings for the sales team. Youll be the first point of contact, building relationships with prospects and creating opportunities for the close.

This fully remote role across Australia requires at least 1 year in sales or lead generation, strong communication, and CRM familiarity. Base pay plus performance bonuses, with flexible permanent/temporary/part-time options.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email and chat.
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic and goal orientation.
• Experience in remote work is a plus.
• Familiar with CRM systems and online outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails or LinkedIn messages.
• Schedule discovery calls, demos or consultations for the sales team.
• Build relationships and understand client needs.
• Maintain outreach activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handoffs.
