Responsibilities

• Reaching Out: contact potential clients via cold calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages to start the conversation.
• Setting Appointments: schedule discovery calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team to take over.
• Building Relationships: develop trust and understand prospect needs to initiate long-term engagement.
• CRM Management: track outreach and follow-ups in the CRM to stay organized.
• Team Collaboration: work with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff from first contact to closing.
