Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation or appointment-setting (remote work a bonus).
• Excellent communication across phone, email and chat.
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic and goal orientation.
• Skilled at starting conversations and building relationships quickly.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn and email tools.

Responsibilities

• Find and contact potential clients via calls, emails or LinkedIn messages.
• Schedule discovery calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team.
• Build trust and understand prospect needs to create opportunities.
• Track outreach and follow-ups in the CRM to stay organized.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.
