Job summary

Irth Solutions, L.L.C. is seeking an Account Manager to work remotely with our Customer Success and Sales teams. You will manage client portfolios, drive growth, and ensure successful adoption of Borealis by clients across time zones.

You will collaborate with project, technical, and sales staff, delivering insightful reporting and executive-level presentations, while maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in customer success account management or solution consulting.
• 2–3 years of experience with SAAS or CRM is a plus.
• Fluent in English; multilingual (French/Portuguese) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with the clients after the initial sales.
• Deploy account management strategies to reinforce Borealis growth (farming).
• Define growth plans on appointed client portfolio.
• Manage and master the financial aspects of your client portfolio.
• Identify new client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
• Deliver strong business presentations to key stakeholders, often at the executive level.
• Advise clients on system adoption and analyze adoption levels.
• Understand new business requirements and help implement them into Borealis.
