Job summary

Huntress Labs is seeking a Reseller Sales Manager to grow and manage reseller partnerships across Australia & New Zealand. You will open opportunities, recruit partners, and build long-term relationships to expand Huntress' market presence.

You will collaborate with senior sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, targets and enablement programs. This role is remote with travel across the region and a strong focus on channel-driven growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in channel sales, partner management or distribution.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and SMB/Commercial focus.
• Proven ability to recruit and activate resellers; existing relationships preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft licensing and security solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new reseller partners across Australia and New Zealand.
• Define sales targets, incentives and marketing initiatives.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at reseller/distributor companies.
• Provide resellers with tools and ongoing training.
• Track performance and coach to maximize potential.
• Collaborate with ANZ distribution partners for campaigns and scale.
• Represent Huntress at industry events and partner days.
• Gather market feedback for the business.
