Job summary

Cardo Systems is seeking a Country Manager ANZ to lead regional sales, build distribution, and drive online and offline channels in Australia. You will collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and ensure premium brand positioning while representing Cardo in the ANZ market.

The role reports to the Sales Director APAC and requires strong leadership, deep ANZ multi-channel experience, and travel about 50% across the region.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in sales and distribution management.
• Proven multi-channel ANZ sales track record.
• Experience working with marketing to support sell-out.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive ANZ sales strategies.
• Lead and expand relationships with distributors, resellers and retail partners.
• Drive revenue across online and offline channels.
• Hire and mentor local team members.
• Coordinate with HQ on pricing and promotional planning.
• Represent Cardo at regional trade shows and events.
