You will architect and operate our Marketo ecosystem, drive AI‑driven workflows, and partner with cross‑functional teams to modernize data flows from first touch to Salesforce opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Marketing Automation Platforms in a fast-paced B2B environment (Marketo preferred).
• Experience integrating Marketo with Salesforce.
• Ability to build agentic workflows using AI tools.
• Systems thinking across the MarTech stack.

Responsibilities

• Platform management and support for Marketo to ensure uptime and scalable processes.
• Investigate funnel leakage; troubleshoot routing, scoring, and syncs with Salesforce.
• Drive ongoing Marketo optimization and AI-enabled automation to speed time-to-market.
• Align marketing, sales and business processes; translate requirements into data constraints.
• Overhaul Marketo with Senior Manager to reduce debt and simplify architecture.
• Manage List Operations including data hygiene and segmentation (2 direct reports).
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and workflows.
