Responsibilities

Platform Management & Support: Manage day-to-day Marketo operations with high uptime and scalable processes.
Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: Diagnose funnel leakage, routing, scoring, and sync issues with Salesforce.
Operational & Campaign Optimisation: Continuously optimise campaigns and apply AI to repetitive tasks.
Cross‑Functional Alignment: Translate business requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
System Overhaul & Simplification: Collaborate on strategic projects to simplify Marketo architecture.
List Operations Management: Oversee data hygiene, segmentation, and timely list execution.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive, accessible docs for systems and workflows.
