Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to architect our AI-first marketing engine. You’ll manage Marketo, troubleshoot funnel routing, and align data flows with Salesforce opportunities.

You’ll apply AI to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual work, and simplify the Martech stack while maintaining data hygiene. This remote-first role offers autonomy, growth, and exposure to cutting-edge marketing technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Marketo experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• AI-first mindset with ability to use AI tools to automate MarOps processes.
• Systems thinking across the MarTech stack from touchpoint to Salesforce opportunities.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce integrations with MAPs (Marketo preferred).
• Autonomy with focus on delivering value over volume and reducing scope creep.
• Curiosity for continuous improvement and simplification of the stack.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Marketo ensuring uptime, flawless execution, and scalable processes.
• Investigate funnel leakage, troubleshoot routing, scoring, and sync issues between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Drive continuous Marketo optimisation and apply AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Understand marketing, sales and business processes and translate requirements into data constraints and solutions.
• Partner on high-level projects to overhaul and simplify the Marketo instance and reduce technical debt.
• Oversee List Operations including data hygiene, segmentation and timely execution, exploring AI-driven automation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and workflows to avoid a 'black box'.
