Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to own and optimize the Marketo-based marketing engine in a remote-first setup. You will automate workflows with AI, reduce manual tasks, and align marketing operations with sales and business goals.

You will ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues between Marketo and Salesforce, and lead process improvements to accelerate time-to-market while maintaining high system reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Marketo experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Experience architecting AI-first automation and agentic workflows.
• Strong CRM integration knowledge with Salesforce and MAPs.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of Marketo to support the business.
• Troubleshoot funnel leakage, routing, scoring, and sync issues with Salesforce.
• Drive continuous Marketo optimization and AI-driven automation.
