Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who is an AI-first automation expert, with deep Marketo proficiency to transform manual processes into autonomous workflows. You will architect and orchestrate the marketing engine, pushing toward AI-assisted automation that eliminates friction and technical debt while delivering scalable, self-sustaining operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Marketo/CRM experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Strong AI mindset and appetite for using AI tools to automate MarOps problems.
Ability to deconstruct business processes and design scalable data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Platform Management & Support for Marketo and related tools.
Lead investigations to troubleshoot funnel leakage and sync issues with Salesforce.
Drive continuous Marketo optimisation by reducing manual steps with AI.
Develop cross-functional understanding of marketing, sales, and business processes.
Overhaul and simplify Marketo architecture with the Senior Manager to reduce technical debt.
Manage List Operations and ensure data hygiene and segmentation, with AI assistance.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and workflows.
