Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on marketing automation experience with Marketo in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• AI-first mindset with ability to build agentic workflows and use AI tools to solve MarOps problems.
• Systems thinking with end-to-end data flow understanding from touchpoint to Salesforce.
• Strong CRM proficiency, especially Salesforce integration with MAPs, data mapping, and lifecycle transitions.
• Operational discipline with autonomy and focus on delivering business impact.
• Growth mindset and drive to simplify and remove unnecessary complexity.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day Marketo operations to ensure uptime and scalable processes.
• Investigate funnel issues, routing, scoring, and Marketo-Salesforce sync.
• Continuously optimise campaigns and apply AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Align marketing, sales, and business processes through data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate on high-level projects to simplify the Marketo instance.
• Manage List Operations and data hygiene, including segmentation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and workflows.
