Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Data & Insights Analyst to transform how insights are delivered across the platform. You’ll work with the Data Analytics & Insights Manager within a domain (e.g.

GTM, CX, Product) to produce trusted intelligence rapidly and enable AI-driven decision-making. You’ll build Tableau dashboards, reusable insight tools, and prompt-ready analytics, while collaborating with Data Platforms to maintain semantic layers and data models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data analytics or BI role (preferably SaaS/tech) with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Advanced SQL with ability to query, model large datasets and build trusted metrics.
• Expertise in data visualisation tools (Tableau) and self-serve tooling.
• Experience with GPTs/LLMs, AI workflows or prompt-friendly structures.
• Data as a product mindset: curated, documented, scalable and reusable.
• Strong ownership, ability to navigate ambiguity and automate where possible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic, trusted insights to senior stakeholders with speed.
• Create reusable insight solutions and prompt-ready dashboards.
• Enable self-serve analytics and AI-driven decision making across domains.
• Productise insights with reuse, consistency and speed in mind.
• Partner with cross-functional leads to deliver analytical briefs and dashboards.
• Design Tableau visualisation layers and self-serve tools from governed data.
• Augment insights using GPTs and AI tools with reusable prompt libraries.
• Collaborate to maintain semantic data models and clear documentation.
