Job summary

Auto & General is seeking a data analytics professional to sustain and elevate MMA reporting. You will own the reporting cadence, build scalable data infrastructure in Google Cloud, and transform how reporting is accessed across the Growth Ops team.

The role emphasizes AI-native analytics and self-service dashboards for MMA stakeholders. The candidate will create robust datasets in BigQuery, design dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio, and contribute to modernizing analytics workflows within

Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn data into insights then action.
• 2+ years experience with enterprise reporting platforms (preferably Tableau).
• Strong familiarity with digital analytics solutions (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics).
• Basic to intermediate SQL; experience with Google BigQuery preferred.
• Strong analytical & Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent communication and business writing; translate findings into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the MMA reporting cadence with daily, weekly, and end-of-month outputs.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues; diagnose root causes and coordinate resolutions.
• Turn around ad hoc analysis requests and dashboard builds for MMA and Growth Ops.
• Develop, maintain, and improve ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL on Google Cloud Platform.
• Build robust datasets in BigQuery to support downstream reporting.
• Design and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio for self-service analytics.
• Translate analytics into concise recommendations and train staff in best practices.
• Contribute to migration from legacy automation to AI-augmented, SQL-driven solutions in GCP.
• Develop fluency in AI-assisted analytics tooling and agentic workflow tools.
