Employment Hero’s Talent Marketplace team leads our transition from manual processes to a modern, AI-enhanced EmploymentOS. You’ll guide UK customers as they adopt SmartMatch and optimize ATS/hiring modules, training users and mapping workflows to our features.

You’ll collaborate with clients to drive digital transformation, maintain steady engagement, and contribute to a remote-first culture with ambitious outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume SaaS environment, in Customer Success, Software Implementation, Sales or Digital Onboarding.
• Natural ability to present software through engaging screen-share sessions.
• Software First mindset to diagnose workflows and map to platform features.
• High-engagement approach with a busy calendar and professional presence.
• Strong technical aptitude to master AI-driven features and complex ATS workflows.
• Outcome-driven mindset focused on driving adoption and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured walkthroughs to configure recruitment software environments for clients.
• Proactively engage customers based on usage data and drive adoption of hiring tools.
• Act as a technical consultant mapping requirements to platform features and AI matching.
• Follow up with customers to track progress and achieve adoption milestones.
• Gather feedback from the UK market to inform product and marketing improvements.
• Maintain CRM usage data and plan to hit product-usage targets.
