Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Data & Insights Analyst to transform how insights are delivered across SaaS domains. You’ll partner with Data Analytics & Insights Manager to deliver trusted intelligence, build reusable dashboards, and enable AI-driven decision-making across domain teams.

The role focuses on creating scalable, AI-ready insights and owning documentation of metric definitions to ensure consistency across products and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data analytics or BI role (SaaS/tech preferred).
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to model large datasets.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) and self-serve dashboards.
• Experience with GPTs/LLMs or AI workflows.
• Data as a product: curated, documented, scalable, and reusable.
• Strong ownership and ability to translate questions into analytics briefs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic, trusted, and actionable intelligence to senior stakeholders.
• Create reusable, scalable insight solutions and prompt-ready dashboards.
• Enable self-serve analytics and AI-literate decision-making across domain teams.
• Productise insights with reuse, consistency, and speed.
• Partner with cross-functional leads to deliver recommendations via analysis and storytelling.
• Design and build Tableau visualisation layers and self-serve tools.
• Augment insights with GPTs/AI tools and maintain documentation of metrics.
