In this role you will spend time exploring datasets, creating proof-of-concept solutions, and guiding customers on how data can be leveraged more effectively.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Implementation, or TAMS in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with structured data such as catalogs, attributes, JSON/CSV.
• Ability to troubleshoot data workflows and integrations using APIs and docs.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customer product catalogs into the platform and map attributes.
• Troubleshoot data, workflows, and integrations; investigate root causes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales; share customer insights.
• Identify opportunities to expand usage and extract value from structured data.
