Job summary

Auto & General, Brisbane (North Lakes), is seeking a Customer Remediation Analyst to lead detailed execution and support of remediation programs, ensuring accurate identification of impacted customers and precise remediation amounts.

You will collaborate with internal teams to map processes, perform QA, maintain artefacts, and contribute to continuous improvement while complying with regulatory requirements and WHS policies.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in analytical, process-driven or project support roles within financial services or insurance.
• Experience in data analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping or QA/testing.
• Exposure to remediation, incident management or regulatory compliance is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and meticulous data/documentation practices.
• Proficiency in business process modelling and AS-Is/To-Be mapping.

Responsibilities

• Gather remediation requirements and analyse business and system needs.
• Map remediation processes with detailed workflows.
• Translate remediation business rules into functional and IT system specifications.
• Execute QA and testing of remediation calculations, data, and communications.
• Maintain documentation like methodologies, customer lists and communication templates.
• Investigate remediation cases and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enable remediation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of remediation processes.
