Job summary

BOQ Group seeks a Senior Manager to lead Remediation Analytics & Governance, shaping enterprise customer remediation programs through data-driven insights and robust governance.

You will direct the Data Analytics team across Risk, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs and Customer Relations, building dashboards, reports and early warning indicators to improve outcomes for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data analytics and governance teams.
• Knowledge of ASIC RG277 and RG274.
• Experience embedding enterprise policies and reporting.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical frameworks.
• Stakeholder engagement with risk/compliance/legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Analytics team supporting Customer Remediation, Product Governance and Quality.
• Deliver enterprise reporting, dashboards, customer insights, trend analysis and early warning indicators.
• Strengthen Customer Remediation Policy, Standards and governance framework at enterprise level.
• Provide governance oversight across remediation programs with risk/regulatory stakeholders.
• Report to Head of Customer Remediation, Product Governance & Quality and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal.
