Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking an experienced Remediation Manager to lead end-to-end customer remediation programs across the Group. You will guide initiatives from identification and assessment through to customer payments, regulatory closure and embedding lessons learned.

You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics and Product to design remediation solutions that meet regulatory expectations while putting customers first.

Qualifications

• Experienced remediation, risk or compliance professional with complex customer initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of remediation frameworks, governance and regulatory obligations.
• Ability to analyse customer impacts and make sound, evidence-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end remediation programs from identification to regulatory closure.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics and Product to design solutions.
• Assess customer impacts, oversee governance and reporting, embed lessons learned.
