• Liaise with engineers, strata managers, owners’ corporations and subcontractors
• Track budgets, manage variations and ensure projects meet safety and compliance requirements

Our client is a specialist remedial building and engineering consultancy operating across NSW. They deliver defect investigation, remedial construction, project management and dispute support services for Class 2 strata, commercial and mixed‑use buildings.

Their team combines in‑house engineering expertise with strong project delivery capability, working closely with owners’ corporations, strata managers, commercial property owners and legal representatives. They are known for their technical accuracy, responsive communication and high‑quality defect rectification outcomes.

About the role:

This role (head office based in Punchbowl) sits across project management and project delivery, overseeing remedial and defect rectification projects from initial scope through to close‑out. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, ensure quality assurance, and support defect dispute matters (including NCAT) with documentation and registers.
