They’re looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to lead remedial projects from pre-construction through to handover, taking ownership of programmes, budgets, subcontractor management and client relationships to ensure delivery safely and on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Remedial construction experience is highly desirable.
• Strong technical understanding of building methodologies.
• Confident managing budgets, variations and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Microsoft Project.
