Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join the busy Remanufacturing department at the Forrestdale branch. Reporting to the Remanufacturing Manager, you will handle orders, invoicing, payroll summaries and compliance documentation while supporting timely operations.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work both

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service administration or business administration role.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production orders and close them to support reman service invoicing.
• Open and close jobs, maintain WIP control and update WIP records.
• Process service timesheets and payroll summaries.
• Process purchase orders and invoices in Dynamics with high accuracy.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Coordinate site inductions, training records and compliance documentation.
• Administer internal/external mail, phone enquiries, filing and general office tasks.
