Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd in Rockhampton is seeking an experienced Reman Coordinator to manage Caterpillar remanufactured components and ensure efficient turnaround times. You will coordinate orders, returns, tracking, and receipting to keep operations running smoothly.

You will liaise with workshop, parts, service and logistics teams for seamless collaboration, maintain accurate records, monitor core returns, and resolve discrepancies while supporting reman and service teams daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts, service coordination, logistics, or reman/heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reman components—manage ordering, returns, tracking, and receipting.
• Liaise with workshop, parts, service and logistics teams for smooth workflows.
• Monitor core returns and maintain accurate records to Caterpillar standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and provide timely resolutions; support teams daily.
