Job summary

Campbelltown Catholic Club in Campbelltown NSW is seeking a confident and experienced Relief Bar Supervisor to lead the team in the absence of regular supervisors while remaining hands-on in all bar operations.

You will oversee daily bar duties, support peak-period teams, and ensure service standards are consistently met or exceeded, delivering welcoming experiences for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Strong bar experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural leader who leads by example and motivates the team.
• A bubbly, confident personality with a love for people and service.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and nights.
• Current RSA and RCG certificate.

Our multi award winning club has a diverse business portfolio delivering services in gaming, food and beverage, fitness and leisure, hotel accommodation, golf, conferencing and entertainment. We’re on the lookout for a confident and experienced Relief Bar Supervisor.

In this role, you’ll step up to lead the team in the absence of our regular supervisors—while still being hands‑on in all aspects of bar operations. This role is perfect for someone who can work under pressure, lead by example, and connect naturally with customers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience every time.
