Job summary

Harmony Early Education Holland Park is opening soon, seeking an Educational Leader to shape educational vision and build a culture of excellence from day one. You will drive high-quality pedagogy and empower educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences for every child.

You will lead curriculum development, mentor the team, and collaborate with the Centre Director and Relationship Manager to support holistic outcomes for children, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience driving pedagogy and curriculum development.
• Ability to mentor and supervise teaching teams.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0 and NQF.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum and practice improvements across the centre.
• Support educators to plan, implement and evaluate meaningful learning experiences.
• Mentor your team through reflective practice and collaboration.
• Foster a culture of curiosity and professional growth.
• Partner with Centre Director and Relationship Manager to support outcomes for children and families.
