Bay Media is a Melbourne-based signage, print and installation business with 20+ years of reputation. We’re hiring a Business Development Manager (Sales Executive) to grow the next chapter, focusing on new business while expanding existing accounts across councils, shopping centres, and agencies.

You’ll work with the CEO and team on long-cycle opportunities (6–12 months), build trusted relationships, and manage a pipeline using a CRM.

Formación

• 3+ years in sales/BDM or account growth.
• Proven ability to build relationships and win long-cycle deals.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and follow-up.
• Curious, organised, commercially sharp.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue prospects across councils, shopping centres, retail, and agencies.
• Open doors through outbound outreach and referrals.
• Qualify opportunities to prioritise high-fit work.
• Maintain CRM with accurate stages and next actions.
• Collaborate with partners to gather quotes quickly.
• Nurture long-term relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Guide opportunities from scoping to quoting.
