Job summary

The Digimen Pty Ltd in Townsville seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in signage, printing and visual branding solutions. You will proactively identify opportunities, build relationships and bring new business through the door.

This full-time role offers the chance to work with in-house design and production teams, with a focus on expanding our North Queensland presence and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/business development or account management.
• Proactive, self-motivated with drive to win new business.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert talks into sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
• Cold calling, networking and approaching potential clients.
• Meeting clients on-site to discuss signage opportunities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending signage solutions.
• Following up leads, quotes and opportunities to secure sales.
• Collaborating with in-house design, production and installation teams.
• Developing a strong pipeline and achieving sales targets.
• Representing The Digimen professionally to grow presence in North Queensland.
