Job summary

ABC Photosigns seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth across our national sales network. You will identify opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and close deals while maintaining an active pipeline and reporting progress to leadership.

The role requires a proactive, disciplined sales professional with CRM experience and the ability to attend real estate conferences and events as needed. A company vehicle, phone and laptop are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate and close prospective sales opportunities within your area.
• Maximise opportunities by identifying core needs of clients.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline through cold calling to drive results.
• Report to Management on client contact and sales progress.
• Attend real estate conferences and awards events.
• Use CRM effectively to track activities and outcomes.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, determined and professional Business Development Manager to join our sales team. Thriving on achieving results for the company and enjoy our flexible, yet focused business ethic and environment.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be:

• Able to identify, cultivate and close prospective sales opportunities withinyour area.
• Maximise opportunities by identifying core needs of our clients
• Effectivetime management
• Ensuring your pipeline is full by maintaining cold calling to drive sales results
• Effective business ethic in return calls, follow ups and promise keeping
• Effective reporting ethic in relation to all client contact and sales progress
• Effective use and management of our CRM
• Be willing and able to attend real estate conferences and awards events
• Effective reporting mechanisms to Management team
• A work ethic that demonstrates a perfect balance between grit and grace!

Essential requirements of the role:

• Proven success as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
