Job summary

Rehab Management in Melbourne is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured workers through recovery and return-to-work journeys. The role is office-based with hybrid working, Monday–Friday hours, and a salary based on experience plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or a Masters in Psychology.
• Registered with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA.
• Have full Australian working rights and a Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to manage complex injuries.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.

Help injured workers achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes as a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Moonee Ponds, Melbourne.

Employment type: Permanent, full time

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm

Work arrangement: Office-based with hybrid working

Salary: Based on experience + superannuation
