Job summary

Rehab Management is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured workers in Hobart, helping them achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes. This permanent, full-time role is based in the office with hybrid working arrangements and offers a $1,000 annual PD allowance plus incentives.

You will collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers, conduct assessments, and develop graded return-to-work plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master of Psychology with registration with AHPRA.
• Full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.

Employment type: Permanent, full time

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm

Work arrangement: Office-based with hybrid working

Salary: Based on experience + superannuation

• Hold a tertiary qualification - Masters in Psychology
• Hold registration with AHPRA

• Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced
