Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.

Help injured workers achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes as a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Moonee Ponds, Melbourne.

Employment type: Permanent, full time

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm

Work arrangement: Office-based with hybrid working

Salary: Based on experience + superannuation

Skills & experience

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology


• Hold registration with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA


• Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.


• Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.


• Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced
