Job summary

Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Frankston, Victoria, to guide injured workers back to work through complex case management, workplace visits and collaboration with employers, insurers and health professionals.

This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working with office-based duties, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm. Salary is based on experience plus superannuation, plus a $1,000 annual PD allowance and up to 20% incentives.

Qualifications

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy or Registered Nursing.
• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
• Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.
