Job summary

Arriba Group’s Rehab Management division seeks a Rehabilitation Consultant in Launceston, TAS to support injured workers on recovery and sustainable return-to-work journeys.

You will collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers, conduct assessments, and develop graduated return-to-work plans while educating employers on prevention and wellbeing. Office-based with hybrid options and a strong people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Nursing, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology.
• Registration or membership with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Customer-focused approach to complex injuries.
• Graduate to experienced levels welcome.

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and health professionals about suitable timeframes.

Help injured workers achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes as a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Launceston, TAS.

• Employment type: Permanent, full time
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm
• Work arrangement: Office-based with hybrid working
• Salary: Based on experience + superannuation
