Arriba Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured workers in Melbourne, helping them safely return to work. The role blends clinical assessments with coordination across health professionals, employers, and insurers, in an office-based with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Hold a tertiary allied health qualification (OT/EP/PT/Chiro/Osteopathy) or Nursing.
• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA is required.
• Have full Australian working rights and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex injuries.
• Experience level ranges from graduate to experienced.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.

Employment type: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Work arrangement: Office-based with hybrid working

• Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
• Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced
