Job summary

Civil Aviation Safety Authority in Cairns is seeking a Regulatory Service Adviser and Office Coordinator to support regulatory services and ensure the Cairns office runs smoothly. This full-time role in the Cairns CBD operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

You will process regulatory activities, applications and approvals while coordinating facilities, resources and workplace services. Based in Cairns, you will work with colleagues, contractors and service providers to deliver efficient

Qualifications

Customer service and/or office administration experience relevant to the position.
Ability to interpret legislation and apply policies and procedures.
Strong organisational and communication skills with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

Process regulatory activities, applications and approvals accurately and efficiently.
Provide high-quality regulatory and administrative support.
Maintain accurate records and regulatory systems.
Contribute to consistent and timely regulatory outcomes.
Coordinate office facilities, equipment, IT assets and workplace resources.
Liaise with contractors, service providers and building management.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
Contribute to a safe, respectful and collaborative workplace.
