Job summary

Civil Aviation Safety Authority is seeking a Regulatory Service Adviser / Office Coordinator to support the Cairns office. The role focuses on processing regulatory activities, providing responsive administrative support, and coordinating facilities and resources to ensure efficient operations.

You will liaise with contractors and service providers, maintain regulatory records, and contribute to safe, respectful workplace practices while delivering high-quality regulatory outcomes.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or office administration experience relevant to the position and operating environment.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and management relevant to the position and operating environment.
• Understanding of financial management concepts (forecasting and budget monitoring).

Responsibilities

• Process regulatory activities, applications and approvals accurately and efficiently.
• Provide high-quality regulatory and administrative support.
• Maintain accurate records and regulatory systems.
• Contribute to consistent and timely regulatory outcomes.
• Coordinate office facilities, equipment, IT assets and workplace resources.
• Liaise with contractors, service providers and building management.
