Job summary

Redkite is seeking a Regular Giving Coordinator to lead day-to-day coordination of its new face-to-face regular giving program. You’ll work with external fundraising agencies, internal fundraising and CRM teams to welcome, engage and retain regular donors while ensuring data moves accurately between partners and Redkite’s CRM.

You will monitor performance, refine donor journeys, respond to enquiries and help shape processes, policies and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a charity or not-for-profit fundraising environment.
• Understanding of face-to-face fundraising programs and KPIs.
• Experience supporting or working with a regular giving program or donor relations.
• Confidence with donor data, reports and fundraising systems.
• CRM experience; Salesforce highly regarded.
• Ability to interpret reports and identify trends across acquisition, attrition, retention and donor value.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence working with agencies and suppliers while maintaining clear expectations.
• Attention to detail and data quality; proactive and organised.
• Commitment to delivering respectful and positive donor experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the face-to-face regular giving acquisition program.
• Build relationships with external fundraising and supporter relations agencies.
• Review reports, identify performance trends and suggest improvements.
• Ensure donor information moves accurately between agency partners and Redkite’s CRM.
• Support contract compliance, QA and high standards of fundraiser conduct.
• Coordinate invoice reconciliation, clawbacks, cancellations and program administration.
• Respond to regular giving enquiries and ensure a timely, positive donor experience.
• Develop and improve processes, policies, donor journeys and program documentation.
• Help bring regular giving to life across Redkite’s website, communications and collateral.
• Support development of acquisition, welcome, retention, upgrade, reactivation and loyalty activity.
• Deliver training to face-to-face fundraising teams, online or in person.
