Job summary

Orange Sky is seeking a proactive Fundraising Coordinator to support our Individual Giving and Regular Giving programs across Australia and New Zealand. In a full-time, permanent role, you will help turn fundraising strategies into engaging donor communications and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Reporting to the Growth Manager, you will manage multi-channel campaigns, craft content, coordinate donor journeys, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to

Qualifications

• Hands-on fundraising experience across multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience growing donor bases in not-for-profit sector.
• Familiarity with digital fundraising platforms and CRM data processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel campaigns across acquisition, appeals, and retention.
• Support Regular Giving program growth and donor engagement.
• Create campaign content and assets aligned with brand.
• Coordinate fundraising systems and donor journeys for smooth execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimise.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers.
