Job summary

Hear and Say Centre is seeking a Fundraising Systems and Regular Giving Specialist to lead the regular giving program and manage CRM/data operations. The role focuses on growing The Chorus monthly giving program and establishing workplace giving as an income stream.

You will migrate the donor database to HubSpot while maintaining data integrity and reporting across the team’s systems. Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, you will also shadow grants activity to support funding reporting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a database, CRM or development operations role.
• Experience with regular/monthly giving programs is desirable.
• Tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regular giving program management (60%) and CRM/data operations (40%).
• Lead migration of donor database to HubSpot with data integrity and reporting preserved.
• Shadow grants activity to support grants and foundations reporting.
